Surface Chart
Currently we have a coastal low developing off the south Carolina coast. It’s going to meander northwest today into tomorrow. There is some mid-level cyclonic flow as well, and I marked it with a purple x. Some of that flow is offshore but will move onshore by tomorrow and cause some showers. You can also see the isobars bending over SEPA due to a cold front that moved through.
Airmass
This is a neat satellite shot. Showing clouds over the Great Lakes from a weak disturbance over there and disorganized mess to our south. This is what awaits us for the weekend.
