9/6 Weather Brief

  • Cold front moving out
  • Drying out and clearing skies today
  • Seasonable temperatures

Satellite And Radar

Both satellite and radar shows showers and clouds pushing east this morning. Another front out to the west can be seen on satellite as as a line of clouds.

Surface Chart

High pressure should squeeze in between the front that just pushed through and the one to the west. That other one to the west is fairly dry and won’t cause much of a problem.

Rainfall

Yesterday we saw some steadier showers move through in the evening. A few spots picked up over 0.5″ of rain. Central Delaware may have seen up to 1″.

High Temps

Most of the region will see some sun poking through the clouds today as the day progresses. Highs in the city in the low 80s.

Thanks for reading and enjoy your Labor Day holiday!
