Low pressure developing to our south. This will move to our west with weak surface low developing near the coastline. This will also introduce warm mid-level air, but surface temps may be near freezing tonight and into tomorrow morning that could cause sleet or freezing rain.
Today, temps should be in the upper 30s in the city and will be close to freezing tonight
Surface Chart Tomorrow
Low pressure will move to our west tomorrow. Map below is expected low pressure placement and precip types.
Expected QPF, snow, and Ice
Not much wintry accumulations in the city but some snowfall. A decent amount of precip that unfortunately for winter lovers won’t fall as snow. Far up the mountains could see up to 6″ of snow and 0.25″ of ice, so we need to be careful if traveling up there.
