The main cold front has moved through, but weak surface low pressure areas associated with a stubborn slow-moving upper level low remain nearby.
We had some drought conditions develop in the region over the last 2 or so months. There were even some spots of moderate drought in SEPA and SNJ. However, over the last few days some of those same spots have received 3″+ of rain.
Our 30 day precipitation anomalies have flipped positive for some in the area!
