  • Rain expected today, totals around 0.5-1″ of rain near the city, over 1″ in NEPA
  • Chance of storms in DE/SNJ
  • Drought conditions may see some relief

Current Surface Chart

Surface chart shows some rain popping up in C. PA and a large low pressure system over the Great Lakes. A low pressure area is developing in VA that will slide northeast over DE and SNJ through the day.

High Temperature

Most of the areas in the middle 50s with soggy-rainy conditions. Upper 40s in Hazleton.

Chance of Storms

With low pressure developing to our south, there is a chance of strong storms to spin up underneath the surface low. Best chance is DE into Cape May area.

Expected Rain Totals

Around 1″ of rain is expected in the city today. Could have 1.5-2″ of rain in higher elevations.
